Keystone Realty was created in 2016 by Mark Taglieber, James Steele and James McIntyre with the initial purpose of selling the new homes built by its sister company Keystone Communities. We soon realized there was interest by other agents to join our team to sell re-sales, land and commercial properties across our footprint. We made the decision in early 2019 to open our doors to all agents that would like a professional yet relaxed atmosphere to conduct their business. We acquired an office the end of 2018 in East Paulding and furnished a conference room, multiple office spaces and a work room for agents to utilize.
Our goal is simple. Provide a professional environment and a reasonable financial framework for our agents to succeed and grow their business. We provide a professional environment by maintaining a strong reputation in our work area, excellent broker support and a variety of resources available to the agent to use. Our financial framework is set up to maintain a strong brokerage but allow the agents to keep the bulk of the commissions they earn. We recognize that agents simply need a place to conduct business, solid broker support, a fair commission plan and an environment that values them and their time. We will always work diligently to maintain this atmosphere at Keystone Realty.
