Mark Taglieber

Twenty five years ago, I chose a career in real estate. Over the years, I have had various capacities from civil site design, site development, building, consulting and as a real estate salesperson. Wishing to focus on the sales side of the real estate business in 2000, I completed course work and received my real estate sales license. I joined Keller Williams Across Atlanta/ KW Commercial in 2009 then later transferred to Atlanta Communities / Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Brokers in West Cobb and obtained my Brokers License. Over the last seven years, I have assisted dozens of clients with residential and commercial properties across the western suburbs of metro Atlanta. Some past projects have included brokering the land for the expansion of Dallas Chrysler, assisting Paulding County Government with land acquisitions, selling new homes for SouthLife Homes & Keystone Communities, selling numerous re-sale homes, and leasing space in retail, office & industrial developments.

My varied experience in real estate has given me the background to provide clients with the very best assistance available. With knowledge of the local government, engineers, contractors and community organizations, I have the ability to work through all types of issues that arise as a property moves from listing to contract to closing. I am a past President of the Paulding County Builders Association, Graduate of the Georgia Academy for Economic Development and am currently a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. I have resided in Paulding since 1992 and am married with two adult sons (David & Matthew), a stepson (Jonah) and stepdaughter (Jordan).
